On May 15, 2020, representatives from the Chengdu Giant Panda Breeding Research Foundation, together with the teachers and students of the Elementary School Attached to Sanyuan Foreign Language School, held a small and special donation ceremony during the special period of the COVID-19 epidemic.
From 2010 to 2020, the teachers and students of the Elementary School Attached to Sanyuan Foreign Language School have continued to adopt the giant panda Yuan Yuan and are inspired to continue their efforts working for the conservation of wildlife for all time. The number 10 represents perfection in Chinese. Ten years means a long time commitment for protecting giant pandas, that does not waver. During the past ten years, students here have graduated every year, however, the spirit of persistence for making donations to giant pandas has passed on to every new student. Even when the fierce epidemic struck this year, it did not stop the teachers and students from participating in the conservation of giant pandas.
As the host, Ms. Luo, from the Elementary School Attached to Sanyuan Foreign Language School, announced that the donation ceremony began.
