In the scorching summer, giant pandas cannot tolerate the heat. Therefore, our staff will bring the pandas into air-conditioned rooms when the outdoor air temperature exceeds 26℃. Today, the pandas were transferred into air-conditioned rooms one by one after their morning exercise at the Dujiangyan Field Research Center. However, year-old “Mao Sun”, a newcomer there, seemed to like the outdoor sunshine and air. She slept in the big tree branches on the playground and paid no attention to the staff when they called her. In spite of the shade made by the trees, the staff worried “Mao Sun” would suffer from sunstroke. Finally they enticed her with delicious food. After “Mao Sun” ignored the keepers a few times, she finally climbed down the tree and went into air-conditioned room for sunstroke prevention, but only under the inducement of delicious food.
